Silver Spring, Maryland – Today, Warriors at Ease proudly announces a change in its Board of Directors, with Kerry Jordan, CFA, replacing Michael Birkholm as chairperson. Kerry Jordan assumed the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors on January 1, 2018.
Based in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Jordan is a private equity executive. Her 25-year career in the financial services industry spans from the early days of electronic trading at Nasdaq, to derivatives structuring at Bank of America in the dot-com era, to hedge fund advisory at RMB Capital, to the chief operating officer at D’Orazio Capital Partners. Ms. Jordan’s diverse range of experience and competencies will provide a distinct benefit for Warriors at Ease’s board leadership.
Ms. Jordan earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and a master of science in finance degree from the George Washington University. Ms. Jordan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is an active member of CFA Society Chicago and CFA Institute. She currently serves as Chairman of Board of Directors for CFA Chicago and chairs its Women’s Network.
Ms. Jordan serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Midwest Finance Education Foundation, a member of the board of Directors of the International Women’s Forum, and a member of the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago’s Impact Investing Advisory Council.
Ms. Jordan earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and a master of science in finance degree from the George Washington University.
