Kerry Jordan, CFA is Head of Corporate Development for D’Orazio Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on control investments in middle market companies. Previously, Ms. Jordan was the Director of Business Development at RMB Capital Management where she managed client development and marketing for its hedge fund division.
Prior to this, Ms. Jordan served as Head of Marketing and Chief Compliance Officer for Chicago Capital Management L.P., a risk arbitrage strategy hedge fund and managed the fund’s global capital raising, investor relations, and compliance programs. Prior to this, Ms. Jordan was a director in the Global Derivatives Products group at Bank of America where she focused on the structuring derivatives transactions for the bank’s Fortune 1,000 clients.
Ms. Jordan earned a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and a master of science in finance degree from the George Washington University. Ms. Jordan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and is an active member of CFA Society Chicago and CFA Institute. She currently serves as Chairman of Board of Directors for CFA Chicago and chairs its Women’s Network.
Ms. Jordan also is a member of the Board of Governors of the Illinois Council on Economic Education, a member of the Board of Directors of Warriors at Ease, and an Advisory Board member of LNG Capital. Ms. Jordan is a fellow for the International Women’s Forum’s On the Board: Women’s Corporate Leadership program. She lives in Riverside, IL with her four children.
