Over the past decade Warriors at Ease has been dedicated to creating an international database of Training and Certified teachers who provide military-specific, evidence-based, trauma-informed, and accessible yoga to out global military community!
Certified Warriors at Ease Teachers have successfully completed both the Level 1 & 2 Training, passed multiple competency-based exercises and assignments, and maintain above industry level standards for teaching hours, continuing education, CPR certification, and liability insurance.
Warriors at Ease Level 1 Training teachers have successfully completed the Level 1 Online training and keep their network information up-to-date with the organization, maintaining an open line of communication for updates and information.
