Continued access to resources and education is fundamental to the continued and sustainable health and legacy of the Warriors at Ease Teacher Network and our military family.

Warriors at Ease has updated our delivery and platform for all WAE Teacher Resources (including the Toolkit and Marketing Pack) to ensure the most accurate and relevant resources as we continue to meet the current and changing needs and climate of the WAE Teacher Network and the military population. In order to be eligible for access to WAE Teacher Network resources and perks, Teacher Network members must have completed and approved the Annual Teacher Network Update.

Continuing Education Credits

As part of the Warriors at Ease (WAE), best practices policy which began in September of 2019, the updated Level 1 and Level 2 Training Manuals include the evidence-based “WAE Techniques” (Level 1), the trauma-informed and accessible “WAE Protocols” for Technique Integration (Level 2), practical application workbook (Level 2), and the most up to date and relevant research (Level 1 & 2)

Annual Program Evaluation

Together we will be able to collect, make sense of, and share the details of what we do as individual Warriors at Ease teachers and how, as a whole, we support the health, resilience, and connection of the military communities we serve. Behind every appeal for your help to tell the story of Warriors at Ease, please know how much your work matters and how valuable you are to those of us working alongside you to bring yoga and meditation to a wider circle of individuals who can benefit from the health, resilience, and connection that these practices can offer.

With that in mind, we are excited to embark on a new way to obtain firsthand feedback from ALL of your students as we anticipate that the WAE approach influences most classes we teach. We have developed a postcard-sized handout for you to have on hand to give to students (see below). Students can fill them out and return them to you on the spot or they can scan the QR code which sends them to an online form asking for the exact same information, making this process as accessible as possible.

Operation Remote Resilience our virtual class platform provides Warriors and their families the benefits of evidence-based yoga and meditation from the comfort of their own homes. This virtual class library is designed to navigate students to the class that will best serve them and the experience they are looking for.
