By practicing with WAE Operation Remote Resilience, online streaming classes, or the Warriors at Ease virtual class library, you understand and acknowledge that yoga is a physical discipline that requires a certain amount of mental concentration and physical strength and endurance. You understand and acknowledge that participation in yoga exposes you to a possible risk of personal injury. You agree to consult with a healthcare professional with any questions or concerns before practicing or starting an exercise program. You agree to honor and respect your body and its limitations and to practice within those limitations. You take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being. You agree to release Warriors at Ease and its agents from any and all claims associated with or arising from its activities and agree to the general liability release found in our New Student Registration Form.

DONATIONS
Any Site user may become a donor (“Donor”) by pledging a donation to WAE through the donation tools on this website, or by volunteering to hold a fundraising event or campaign. You acknowledge and agree that you are under no obligation to become a Donor or to pledge a donation and that you will be solely responsible for any decision to become a Donor. You understand that your contribution is being made to WAE and that WAE has exclusive legal control over all donations. In the event that you make a donation pledge, you may be required to provide a credit card or other payment information at the time of the pledge. You represent and agree that all payment information you provide to WAE or WAE’s third-party service providers will be true, accurate, current, and complete and that you will update such payment information as necessary to maintain such information as true, accurate, current and complete. In the event that your payment cannot be processed due to inaccurate payment information, insufficient funds, or any other reason, you agree to immediately provide WAE with alternative payment information to fulfill your donation pledge. You agree that all donations are final and will not be returned, in whole or in part. World at Ease, Inc., DBA; Warriors at Ease has a fiduciary duty to its funders, donors, supporters, teachers, students, and the organization and reserves the right to allocate donated funds across the organization as needed in support of the charitable mission.

We may maintain a presence on several social media websites, including facebook.com, linkedin.com, pinterest.com, instagram.com, youtube.com, and twitter.com, (collectively, “Social Media Pages”) to provide a place for people to learn more about Warriors at Ease and to share experiences. All comments, visuals, and other materials posted by visitors to our Social Media Pages do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideas of Warriors at Ease. All visitors to our Social Media Pages must comply with the respective social media website’s Terms of Use. We review some but not all postings to our Social Media Pages, and we will remove any postings that we have determined are inappropriate or offensive.
